The following is an update statement from Zeus Química, S.A, on its position regarding REACH.
Zeus Química, S.A. has received confirmation from all its EU suppliers that the necessary pre-registrations have been made under REACH to allow continued supply of its current product range in the EU. Where products or substances are sourced outside the EU, some of our suppliers have made the pre-registrations of their substances, as well Zeus Química, S.A. has performed the necessary pre-registrations for all the substances considered strategic or whether the supplier has decided not to pre-register.
Though it is not mandatory to disclose pre-registration numbers to downstream users, and many suppliers have chosen not to do so, Zeus Química, S.A. is willing to disclose pre-registration numbers where it has them and upon request.
